How it Works - from Booking to Adventure!!
At Beijs Roadtrips, we understand that planning a camper trip is an adventure in itself. Our goal is to ensure that the entire process is as smooth and easy as possible, so you can focus mainly on the fun of your adventure. Here's an overview of how it works at Beijs Roadtrips.
Explore our selection for your desired period.
Discover all our motorhomes online with clear, true-to-life photos. Whether you're traveling as a couple or with the whole family, Beijs Roadtrips has something for every traveler. Enjoy our all-inclusive rate without hidden costs, such as final cleaning, kilometers, booking fees or a linen package.
Online booking.
Effortlessly make a booking through our user-friendly website. Choose a camper of your choice and select the desired rental period in your booking, add any extras to personalize your trip. You can immediately see in the booking whether the desired camper is available in your preferred period. If you have any questions, you can always call Sebastiaan or Annelieke for personal support.
Confirmation and Payment.
Once you have confirmed your booking, you can safely and easily pay online via iDEAL, Bancontact, or Credit Card. You will receive a detailed confirmation from us via email. This will include all the information you need, including pick-up and return instructions, the terms of conditions and other important details.
Pick up the camper.
On the day of departure, we welcome you to our visitor location at Nijverheidslaan 2c, 5121MN in Rijen. Sebastiaan or Annelieke will assist you in inspecting the camper, provide instructions on operation and answer any questions. We ensure that you are familiar with our camper before you set off.
During your trip, we are always ready to provide support. Whether it's technical questions or travel advice, Sebastiaan or Annelieke is just a phone call away. We want to ensure that your journey goes smoothly. If you encounter damage or breakdowns during your trip, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can best assist you in handling and resolving the situation.
Returning the camper.
On the last day of your vacation, we expect you to return to our visitor location at the agreed time. Together, we'll take the time to inspect the camper. We ask that you return the camper broom clean, refill the diesel tank and adblue, and empty the toilet cassette and gray water tank. Once everything is verified, you can say goodbye with peace of mind, knowing that you've not only taken a trip but also collected memories that will last a lifetime.
