How does renting a motorhome work? - From booking to adventure!
At Beijs Roadtrips Motorhome rental in Rijen (North Brabant), we understand that planning a motorhome trip is an experience in itself. Our goal is to ensure that the entire rental process runs as smoothly and easily as possible, so you can focus entirely on the fun of your adventure. Here is an overview of how our motorhome rental works.

Our rental motorhomes can be found online under the heading "Our Motorhomes". On these pages, you will find all the information you need for your road trip. Do you find it difficult to get a good impression from a screen and would you like to see the camper in real life? Of course, this is possible! Please make a no-obligation appointment for this, because our motorhomes are not always "at home". We look forward to welcoming you with a cup of coffee or tea at our location in Rijen and proudly showing you around.
Is the motorhome available in your desired rental period?
You can check the availability schedule on the information page of each motorhome. Here you can see exactly when the vehicles are available for rent. To see if picking up and returning the motorhome is also possible on your ideal dates, simply click the "add to booking" button and fill in your rental period. Please note that we are closed for picking up or returning motorhomes on Sundays and public holidays.
Is the motorhome available, but your holiday plans are not completely finalized yet, or you haven't received final approval for your requested days off? We would be happy to make a no-obligation quote for you. We will then keep the motorhome reserved for you for a few days.
Book online.
Have you made your choice and is your desired rental period available? Then effortlessly make a booking via our website. Add the motorhome to your booking and select any extras to make the trip completely personal. Click on the 'booking details' button at the bottom right to fill in the final details. By clicking on "Book and (down) pay", your reservation is final and you can safely and easily pay online via iDEAL, Bancontact, or Credit Card*. You will immediately receive a confirmation from us by email. This contains all the information you need, including pick-up and return instructions, the general terms and conditions, and other important details. After booking, Annelieke will contact you by phone within a few days to discuss the final details for your motorhome holiday.
Picking up the motorhome.
On the day of departure, we gladly welcome you at our visiting address: Nijverheidslaan 2c, 5121MN in Rijen (centrally located between Breda and Tilburg). Sebastiaan or Annelieke will welcome you with a nice cup of coffee or tea. We will go through some paperwork, check your driver's license and ID, and process the deposit via card. After that, we will give you an extensive tour of the motorhome (both inside and out) and answer any questions. We make sure you are completely comfortable with the motorhome before you hit the road. After the explanation, we will hand over the keys and your RV adventure can really begin!
Support on the road.
During your road trip, we are always ready to offer support. Whether it's a technical question or travel advice, Sebastiaan or Annelieke are just one phone call away. We want to ensure your holiday runs flawlessly. If you unexpectedly experience damage or a breakdown on the road, please contact us as soon as possible. This way, we can best guide you in handling and resolving the situation.
Returning the motorhome.
On the last day of your holiday, we expect you back at our location in Rijen at the agreed time. Together we will take the time to check the motorhome. We ask you, among other things, to return the vehicle swept clean, fill up the diesel tank and AdBlue, and empty the toilet cassette and the waste water tank. The motorhome will be cleaned and checked by us within 2 working days. If there are no damages and/or defects, the deposit will be safely refunded to your account within 7 days.
